Description: Rolex GMT-Master II ref 16710
Pre-owned Rolex GMT Master II ref 16710 (2003 - 2005) was the last Rolex GMT to sport the beloved red and black Coke Rolex bezel before it was discontinued in the mid-2000s to make way for the ceramic bezel generation. Rolex has never produced this bezel colorway in their proprietary "Cerachrom." For now, it remains exclusive to the 5-digit series and is widely sought-after by passionate collectors. Ref. 16710 will appeal to collectors who prefer the aesthetics of the pre-ceramic GMT era because it has a slightly more understated aluminum insert, smaller crown guards, and narrower lugs. This model from circa 2003 - 2005 also features Super-LumiNova, scratch-resistant sapphire, and the caliber 3185 self-winding mechanical movement.

I truly enjoy the versatility of this watch. I can wear it anywhere- from a boardroom to the beach. It’s also built like a tank. For someone who is careful, yet clumsy, putting small scratches on it is no biggie.
