The Rolex Day-Date ref 118238 (2001 - 2002) is the gold Rolex Presidential in its most iconic form - 36mm. Many iterations of the famed Rolex have come to market since its debut in the 1950s, including those with larger, more contemporary cases and new precious metal finishes. However, none is as enduring and recognizable as the 36mm model in yellow gold, and we have a handsome 6-digit example for sale here today in excellent secondhand condition. The luxurious 18k yellow gold finish is presented in a dynamic satin and high-polish finish paired with a matching champagne dial. While many modern Day-Dates sports luminescent baton hour markers, this ref. 118238 from the early 2000s keeps it classic with yellow gold stick indices.
