Pre-owned Rolex Yacht-Master ref 16622 (2004) was one of the first models in the brand's vast portfolio to sport "Rolesium," Rolex's patented Oystersteel and platinum white metal finish. It's also an affordable gateway to platinum Rolex ownership because most of the watch is made of steel - the bezel and dial are the only design elements made of platinum. The collection adheres to a slightly different and more luxurious design code than other Rolex sports watches, featuring polished and more elegantly tapered lugs and a bezel in solid platinum. It makes a bold yet refined statement on the wrist and keeps perfect time via a waterproof Oyster case and self-winding mechanical movement.
