This GMT-Master is in great, honest vintage condition with wear consistent with age. The case is strong with normal signs of wear. The later replacement red-back bezel is in great condition with some wear; it has developed a lovely fade over the years. The later matte dial is also in great condition with crisp white lume; it has developed light patina. This watch has retained the correct date-wheel for the time period with the closed 6's and 9s as well as hooked 7s. The service hands have developed patina and the lume has aged to a beautiful creamy color. The GMT hand is missing a little lume in one corner. The jubilee bracelet is in great condition with normal signs of wear; It has a bit of stretch between the links which is not uncommon for this style bracelet.
The GMT Master is Rolex’s signature pilot’s watch, complete with dual-time capabilities. It came to market in 1955, with ref. 1675 following shortly after in 1959. It’s one of the most sought-after vintage Rolex watches on the secondary market because it’s instantly recognizable with its 24-hour bezel and dedicated GMT hand. The Rolex 1675 was also notably the first GMT Master to use crown guards. Rolex initially used glossy dials in the 1675 until around 1966 and switched to matte dials.
The example we have here is what we called "all serviced up" meaning that the dial, hands, bezel, and bracelet are later service replacements. It was very common for Rolex to do this when a watch went in for routine service. The watch is circa 1967 and would have featured a similar matte dial, but the one currently in the watch is a later matte version. If you didn't know the serial number, the watch seems like a late 1970s version due to the dial and bezel variation. These "all serviced up" GMT's offer a great value and this one has an excellent overall look with the jubilee bracelet and nicely faded bezel.

Great watch and very good help from Sam Berger who catered to my concerns.

Well represented watch in excellent condition. Super fast shipping. My second purchase from Bobs but not my last. Their watches seem to be in better condition than many of the others I’ve seen online.
The whole transaction process with Bob's is always top notch. The vintage watch was functioning as expected, the case is relatively strong with minimal polishing, and the dial is a beautiful service dial as expected.
I really like this beautiful 1675 with fuchsia bezel.
Quick e-mail responses, systematic
I have worn this watch everyday for 47 years, had it cleaned every 8 or so years, had the bezel replaced with the new one back in the 80s. Paid $400 in Switzerland in 1970. This is the greatest lifetime deal ever!!
